Work Integrated Learning for Leadership (WILL), in collaboration with UPES, hosted the 'Shakti: Be the Champion for Accelerating Action' event on March 4, 2025, in New Delhi. The event focused on empowering women leaders and addressing the need for upskilling and inclusive leadership.
The event featured keynotes from Dr. Ganesh Natarajan and Dr. Ram Sharma, who emphasized the importance of women in leadership roles and the need to redefine leadership as truly inclusive. Panel discussions included 'Turn Up the Volume' with Nisha Narayan and 'Disrupting the Workforce' led by Raginie Singh, featuring industry leaders like Seema Anand and Renu Rohtagi.
Another panel, 'Beyond the Status Quo,' moderated by Vinod Sood, included speakers like Kanta Singh from UN Women India and Snehlata Shrivastava, discussing the future of women in leadership. WILL Education aims to empower over 10,000 women leaders by FY27 through its Shakti Leadership Program, equipping them with skills for senior roles and fostering global partnerships.
Dr. Antarpreet Singh highlighted the importance of embracing AI and equipping women with key competencies to lead change in a complex business landscape.
