Trump Offers Aid After Air India Crash

Washington, June 12 - President Donald Trump expressed his condolences following the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad.

He described the incident as one of the worst in aviation history. Trump assured India of the United States' readiness to provide assistance.

The President stated that he has informed India that the US is prepared to help immediately.

The London-bound Air India flight crashed shortly after takeoff. It was carrying 242 passengers and crew.

Trump noted the crash was horrific and that most on board were likely lost.

Boeing's CEO, Kelly Ortberg, also offered support and condolences. Boeing is ready to assist the investigation led by India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau.
