Ukraine Claims Strikes on Two Russian Oil Refineries

Ukraine's military reported strikes on two Russian oil refineries over the past two days. The facilities targeted were located in the Ryazan and Samara regions. According to the Ukrainian general staff, both refineries supplied fuel to the Russian military. The Ryazan Refinery reportedly produced jet engine fuel used by Russian warplanes attacking Ukraine, while the Novokuibyshev refinery supplied fuel to Russian forces in northern Ukraine.
