Starlink Experiences Global Outage Due to Internal Software Failure

On July 24, 2025, SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service experienced a significant global outage, affecting users across multiple continents. During the outage, Downdetector reported over 61,000 user reports, indicating widespread impact. Users from various regions, including North America, Europe, and parts of Asia, experienced service disruptions. The incident prompted discussions about the resilience of satellite internet infrastructure and the importance of robust systems to manage global demand.
