Apple Expands Self-Repair Program to Include Newer iPads

Edited by: Tetiana Pinchuk Pinchuk

Apple has expanded its Self-Repair Program to include several newer iPad models. This allows iPad owners to order repair manuals, tools, and genuine Apple parts. The program supports repairs for displays, batteries, charging ports, and cameras. Supported iPad models include iPad Air (M2 or later), iPad Pro (M4), iPad mini (A17 Pro), and iPad (A16). Older iPad models are not currently supported. The program now supports 65 products under the Apple banner. The expansion follows pressure from the "Right to Repair" movement. This allows users to fix their own devices.
