Apple is reportedly planning to introduce foldable devices, potentially revolutionizing its product line. According to analyst reports, the tech giant is working on two foldable devices: a 7.8-inch foldable iPhone and a larger 18.8-inch foldable iPad. Mass production is anticipated to begin in late 2026.
The foldable iPhone, similar in style to Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold, could cost around $2,000. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests the device will feature a book-style folding mechanism with a nearly crease-free inner display and a 5.5-inch outer display.
While the foldable iPhone is gaining traction in rumors, the foldable iPad's timeline remains uncertain, with some analysts suggesting a later release date.
