Nissan is set to launch an all-electric Micra in 2025. This sixth-generation model marks a complete shift for the Japanese automaker.

The new Micra will be exclusively electric, built on the AmpR platform shared with Renault. It aims to compete with models like the Renault 5 E-Tech and Volkswagen ID.2.

The Micra features a design with SUV elements, including a higher body and pronounced wheel arches. It measures under 4 meters in length and offers up to 14 two-tone paint combinations.

Inside, the Micra boasts two 10.1-inch screens for instrumentation and central interface. The interior is customizable with 48 colors and three trim levels: Acenta, N-Connecta, and Tekna.

The Micra offers a 326-liter trunk, expandable to over 1,100 liters with the rear seats folded. It will be available with two battery options: 40 kWh (310 km range) and 52 kWh (up to 408 km range).

Both models support fast charging up to 100 kW, charging from 15% to 80% in 30 minutes. It also includes a heat pump and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology.

The Micra incorporates multiple driving modes (Eco, Sport, Comfort, Perso) and e-Pedal for one-pedal driving. It maintains a weight of 1,400 kg, enhancing efficiency and handling.
