Anthropic believes that advancements in artificial intelligence could revolutionize business, potentially enabling single individuals to create billion-dollar companies by 2026. This prediction was made at Anthropic's Code with Claude developer conference.

According to Anthropic CEO, such businesses would likely emerge in sectors requiring minimal human interaction for revenue generation. He pointed to proprietary trading and software development tools as prime examples.

Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, now Anthropic's chief product officer, suggested AI could streamline processes. He noted that AI could automate customer service and reduce the need for large sales teams.

Krieger reflected on building Instagram with a small team, stating, "It's not that crazy. I built a billion-dollar company with 13 people. I think now you'd be able to do a better job than we did with AI."

Anthropic also launched Claude 4, its latest AI model, featuring two versions: Claude 4 Opus, a high-performance model for coding, and Claude 4 Sonnet, a more accessible option for broader applications.
