Zucchero "Sugar" Fornaciari and Russell Crowe have released the official video for their duet, "Just Breathe," a cover of the Pearl Jam song. The video, directed by Crowe, showcases natural scenery, creating an intimate and reflective viewing experience. Zucchero and Crowe, along with their dogs, engage in a visual dialogue about life, mirroring the song's themes of peace and contemplation.
The collaboration began in Sydney during Zucchero's world tour and is featured on the deluxe edition of "Discover II." Released in 2024, this album includes Zucchero's interpretations of his favorite songs, highlighting his unique musical style.
The two artists met in Sydney in early 2023, thanks to Jimmy Barnes. The idea for the cover came to life when Crowe visited Zucchero in La Spezia, Italy. Zucchero recorded his vocals in Italy and Crowe recorded his in Australia.
