Tems, the Nigerian artist, has solidified her position as a prominent figure in global music. Her journey began with her 2020 EP, 'For Broken Ears,' which garnered significant attention. Since then, she has garnered multiple awards and accolades for her work.

One of Tems' notable achievements includes her contribution to Wizkid's 'Essence'. Furthermore, her single 'Love Me Jeje' has made history. Tems has become one of the African artists putting the continent on the map.

Tems has secured two Grammy Awards, the first for Best Melodic Rap Performance for her collaboration on Future's 'Wait For U' featuring Drake. She also won the Best African Music Performance award at the 67th Grammys for 'Love Me Jeje'.

She holds the distinction of being the first Nigerian artist to debut at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. This was achieved through her feature on Future's 'Wait For U'. Tems also made history in 2022 by becoming the first African female artist to win the BET Award for Best International Act.

Additionally, she won Best Collaboration with Wizkid for 'Essence' at the same ceremony. This made them the first Nigerians to win outside of the International categories. Tems has also received multiple certifications in the United States, reflecting her commercial success.

Tems is scheduled to perform at the FIFA CWC Halftime Show in the United States alongside J Balvin and Doja Cat.
