Katseye is continuing their rise in 2025 with the release of their second EP, "Beautiful Chaos," following their debut EP "SIS (Soft Is Strong)." This new collection explores the complexities of modern femininity and the intersection of real and digital worlds.
The EP, released on June 27, 2025, emphasizes connection in today's fast-paced environment. It features collaborations with Justin Tranter, Andrew Watt, John Ryan, and Kristin Carpenter, expanding Katseye's sonic palette. The lead single, "Gnarly," is a club-oriented track with rave synthesizers. The music video for "Gnarly," directed by Cody Critcheloe, quickly gained popularity, reaching #1 on YouTube's trending music chart and surpassing 16 million views.
Katseye was recognized as a 2025 artist to watch by Vevo DSCVR and was nominated for two iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025, including Favorite On Screen for their documentary “Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE”. The group is also scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago and Summer Sonic in Tokyo in the summer of 2025.
