'Lot 13' is a collection of songs reflecting Kharis's journey as a Caribbean artist. The album blends reggae with soul, dancehall, and afrobeat, exploring themes of cultural pride, personal growth, love, resilience, and justice.
The album includes tracks like 'Caribbean Bloodline,' 'Pull It UP Selector,' and 'Little Blue Cottage.' 'World on Fyah' features vocals from Finness and Adrianna Clark. In 2024, Kharis won the InterContinental Music Award for Best of America in the Reggae genre.
