Alex G has announced his tenth studio album, "Headlights," scheduled for release on July 18, 2025, marking his major label debut with RCA Records. The lead single, "Afterlife," was released today, accompanied by a music video directed by Charlotte Rutherford.
"Afterlife" features chord progressions, hooks, and lyrics, showcasing a polished sound while retaining Alex G's signature style. This release comes almost three years after his previous album, "God Save The Animals."
In support of the new album, Alex G will embark on a North American tour in September and October, with Nilüfer Yanya as support. Tour dates include stops in Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Oakland, Los Angeles, and New York.
