Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Lower Beverly Hills Mansion Price to $52 Million

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have once again reduced the asking price for their Beverly Hills estate, now listed at $52 million. This latest adjustment follows an initial listing of $68 million in July 2024, a subsequent drop to $59.95 million in May 2025, and a temporary removal from the market on July 1, 2025, before being relisted on July 3, 2025.

The couple originally purchased the 38,000-square-foot mansion in May 2023 for $60.85 million. Their divorce was finalized in January 2025, and both have since acquired separate residences. Ben Affleck purchased a home in Pacific Palisades for $20.5 million in July 2024, and Jennifer Lopez acquired a property in Hidden Hills for $17.5 million in February 2025.

The Beverly Hills mansion features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, and a caretaker's house. Recreational amenities include an indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, a boxing ring, and a home theater, along with extensive parking facilities.

The luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills has experienced shifts in 2025, with increased inventory offering buyers more options and negotiation power. While high-end home prices have remained stable, the greater supply suggests a market where sellers must ensure their properties stand out. Demand from high-net-worth individuals, including a growing Gen X buyer segment, continues to support Beverly Hills real estate's prestige. Off-market sales are also notable, indicating a preference for privacy among some buyers. Despite price adjustments, the market retains its enduring appeal for global buyers.
