Trump's Approval Rating Soars Among Hispanics, New Poll Shows

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

A new Insider Advantage poll reveals a surge in Donald Trump's approval rating, particularly among Hispanic voters. The survey, conducted between May 17 and 19, indicates that approximately 55% of respondents approve of Trump's job performance, while about 44% disapprove.

The most significant shift is observed within the Hispanic community. Nearly 60% of Hispanic respondents approve of Trump's performance, compared to roughly 40% who disapprove. This represents a substantial increase of over 22% from late April to early May.

While Trump enjoys higher approval among white respondents (nearly 63%), the Hispanic support is noteworthy. However, the poll also shows that only about 28% of Black participants approve of Trump's job performance, with approximately 71% disapproving.

It's important to note that the Insider Advantage survey, conducted by a Republican pollster, stands as an outlier compared to other major polls. The Real Clear Politics average places Trump's favorability at -1.9%, highlighting the contrasting results.
