The trial of the men involved in the 2016 Kim Kardashian robbery in Paris has concluded. The so-called "grandpa robbers" received sentences of up to eight years in prison. The reality star has expressed her relief following the verdict.

Kim Kardashian stated she was grateful to French authorities for delivering justice. She described the robbery as the most terrifying experience of her life. She is now looking to move on from the ordeal.

Aomar Aït Khedache, identified as the mastermind, received a three-year prison sentence. However, he will not return to jail due to a previous five-year sentence. Two others accused of providing information on Kardashian's movements were acquitted.

The robbery occurred in October 2016, where Kim Kardashian was robbed of approximately 9 million euros in jewelry. Kardashian testified earlier this month, reliving the trauma. An unflattering courtroom sketch of Kardashian also went viral, sparking online mockery.
