According to *The U.S. Sun*, an insider revealed the existence of a structured routine for the children's care. The nannies also assist when the children travel to visit their father, Kanye West. Sources claim that Kardashian's household operates with staff present around the clock. Each nanny receives specific instructions regarding each child's individual needs. The nannies work in shifts, with some starting as early as 6 a.m. for a 12-hour shift. A "night nanny" is also on staff to prepare learning materials, games, and other activities. This nanny also remains vigilant throughout the night. The children's activities are primarily confined to a dedicated wing of the house, and nannies typically have one day off per week. The insider also revealed that nannies accompany the children when they visit Kanye West.
