Gwyneth Paltrow Sells Brentwood Mansion for $22 Million Amidst Lifestyle Changes and Menopause Journey

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

Gwyneth Paltrow has sold her Brentwood, Los Angeles mansion for $22 million, a considerable decrease from the initial asking price of nearly $30 million. The actress and Goop founder purchased the 8,000-square-foot property in 2012 with her then-husband Chris Martin for $9.95 million.

The mansion boasts six bedrooms, a guesthouse complete with a wine cellar, a gym, an office, a game room, and a private movie theater. This sale reflects Paltrow's current life adjustments, particularly her transition into an "empty-nester" phase as her children pursue higher education.

Paltrow has also been open about her menopause experiences, including her increased alcohol consumption during the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. She has since reduced her alcohol intake and is focusing on managing her symptoms through healthier lifestyle choices.
