Diddy Trial: Explicit Videos Presented to Jury, Detailing Alleged Sexual Assault

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

Jurors in the federal trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs have been shown explicit video footage, a key element of the prosecution's case. The videos, recovered from a cellphone belonging to his former girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, allegedly depict "freak-off" sessions.

One video, dated October 14, 2012, purportedly shows a session with Ventura and sex worker Sharay Hayes at a Manhattan hotel. The hotel was booked under Combs’ alias, Frank Black. Additional clips from October 20, 2012, and December 4, 2014, were also presented.

Due to their graphic nature, only the jury and legal teams were permitted to view the footage. Defense attorneys maintain the encounters were consensual. Prosecutors also presented text evidence related to arrangements and messages from another ex-girlfriend, "Jane," detailing abuse and threats.

The trial, which commenced on May 5, 2025, is anticipated to last several weeks. The case continues to unfold with significant implications for Combs.
