Brooklyn Beckham Settles Trademark Dispute, Family Tensions Persist

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

Brooklyn Beckham has reached an agreement to resolve a trademark opposition filed by German brewery Brauerei Beck & Co. against his company, Buster Sauce Inc., for the name 'Beck's Buns'. The dispute, which began when Beckham's company filed for the trademark in January 2025, centered on potential brand confusion.

Under the terms of the compromise, Beckham has agreed to remove trademark classifications related to alcoholic beverages from his application. This resolution allows his burger venture, 'Beck's Buns', to proceed. The legal challenge had reportedly been a "tough battle" for Beckham, but the agreement has now cleared the path forward for his culinary business.

Beyond his business ventures, Brooklyn Beckham, along with his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, is actively involved in animal welfare. They co-founded the Peltz Beckham Foundation, an organization dedicated to rescuing and re-homing dogs, reflecting Nicola's long-standing advocacy for animal causes.

Amidst these professional and philanthropic efforts, reports continue to surface regarding the dynamics within the Beckham family. There has been significant media attention on the relationship between Brooklyn and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. While sources suggest efforts have been made to improve communication, public narratives often highlight a perceived estrangement, which has unfolded alongside Brooklyn's professional growth.
