Ryan Reynolds debuted a new look at the Time100 Gala in New York City, ditching his graying hair for a light brown shade. The 48-year-old actor, accompanied by his wife Blake Lively, joins the ranks of stars like Ben Affleck and George Clooney who have recently opted to dye their hair.
Reynolds previously spoke about embracing aging, stating he never bemoans a birthday and finds it sexy to embrace getting older. He also mentioned scaling back on stunts in films, joking about Advil not being a suitable substitute for physical well-being.
Earlier this month, Ben Affleck also showcased a similar transformation, opting for a brown shade to cover his silver hair and beard. George Clooney also recently debuted darker hair for his Broadway debut, though he admitted his wife Amal wasn't a fan of the look.
