The song contains explicit lyrics about his cousin, who is serving a life sentence for murder. West also makes a disturbing confession about a past sexual encounter with his cousin when he was 14.
Despite the controversy surrounding the song, Censori appears to be supportive. West captioned the photo with Censori, "Photo in shape," suggesting a reconciliation after he alluded to a split in his song "Bianca." In that song, he pleaded for her return, acknowledging his actions and claiming she tried to have him hospitalized.
