Cooper says she filmed Lively in the hotel lobby, prompting the actress to cover her face. The following morning, Cooper claims Lively approached her while she was loading her car, allegedly recording her license plate with her phone. Cooper says she felt "uncomfortable" by the incident. Lively is currently promoting her new film, "Another Simple Favor," amid an ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.
