Prince Albert II of Monaco reportedly kept a secret bank account for his son Alexandre Grimaldi-Coste, born from a previous relationship with Nicole Coste, hidden from his wife, Princess Charlene. According to reports, the account, held at Banque National de Paris, receives €400,000 monthly for Alexandre's expenses.
Furthermore, Prince Albert is said to have purchased a luxurious villa on the French Riviera for Alexandre and Nicole Coste. The information came to light through Claude Palmero, Albert's former accountant, who was later fired and subsequently revealed the details of the financial arrangements.
Princess Charlene was allegedly unaware of these financial arrangements, and reportedly disapproves of Nicole Coste's continued presence in Albert's life. While Alexandre cannot inherit the Monegasque throne due to being born out of wedlock, the revelation has reportedly caused tension within the royal family.
