Edited by: Екатерина С.

Google is enhancing online shopping with its AI-powered virtual fitting room, revealed at Google I/O 2025. This feature offers shoppers a personalized experience.

The 'Try It On' feature, uses Gemini AI, allowing users to upload a full-body photo and virtually try on clothing. The AI understands body dimensions, fashion nuances, and fabric behavior to provide a realistic preview.

Google has also introduced an AI shopping agent that tracks product availability, sizes, and pricing. This agent notifies users of desired items and can complete purchases. Lilian Rincon, Google's VP of product, demonstrated the AI's ability to track sizes, colors, and price drops.

Currently available in Search Labs in the United States, the virtual fitting room has the potential to transform online and physical retail, offering a convenient shopping experience for consumers.
