Brad Pitt and Harley-Davidson Unveil Exclusive Cashmere Collection
Edited by: Екатерина С.
Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has launched a limited-edition capsule collection in partnership with the iconic brand Harley-Davidson. This unique collaboration seamlessly integrates the rugged motorcycle aesthetic into high-end luxury items. The project was spearheaded by Pitt’s cashmere label, God’s True Cashmere, which he co-founded with Sat Hari in 2019. Ensuring superior quality, the entire collection was manufactured in Italy. The line features several key pieces, including snap-button plaid shirts, various sweaters, and a mechanic’s jacket lined with luxurious cashmere.
Pitt and Hari refer to their joint venture as a "garage band," emphasizing their shared dedication to meticulous craftsmanship and quality—hallmarks of their brand identity. Furthermore, God’s True Cashmere is renowned for its exquisite detailing. For instance, the shirts feature 11 buttons meticulously hand-carved from semi-precious stones. Seven of these buttons are positioned on the front placket, symbolically representing the body's chakras.
The collaboration is deeply rooted in Pitt’s personal enthusiasm for motorcycles. His ownership of a substantial collection of vintage Harley-Davidson models, including rare Panheads, Flatheads, and Shovelheads, lends genuine authenticity to the collection's design. Pitt revealed that the initial ideas for the apparel silhouettes emerged following a visit to the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee. During this research trip, he and Sat Hari studied archival models and vintage clothing, laying the groundwork for the capsule’s distinct look.
This integration of refined cashmere texture with Harley-Davidson’s characteristic style fundamentally redefines the concept of "motorcycle luxury." Traditional Harley-Davidson gear, which traces its origins back to the biker culture of the early 1900s, is typically associated with heavy leather. However, this capsule translates the visual language of H-D into premium textiles. Pitt characterized the endeavor as transforming American motorcycle heritage into ultra-luxurious items, suggesting they are better suited for art exhibitions than for rugged events like the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The launch signifies an evolution in Harley-Davidson apparel, moving from purely utilitarian equipment to a definitive fashion statement.
The partnership offers significant mutual benefits. It propels Pitt’s brand onto a broader stage, although the collection maintains a decidedly high price point; a single shirt, for example, can cost up to $2600. Simultaneously, Harley-Davidson continues to strategically expand its footprint in the fashion sector, aiming to capture an audience beyond its traditional base of motorcycle enthusiasts. The limited-edition items became available for purchase following a preview event held on November 10, 2025. Sales are being conducted exclusively through the God’s True Cashmere website and select high-end retail locations.
