Edited by: 🐬Maria Sagir

A new study shows cold plasma can eliminate MRSA. The German biotech company Viromed Medical reports 100% effectiveness. The treatment targets methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Researchers found cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) eradicated MRSA in seconds. The treatment also prevented MRSA replication. Importantly, human lung cells remained undamaged. This offers a promising alternative to antibiotics. It could significantly improve patient outcomes in hospitals.
