Edited by: Tetiana Martynovska 17

The harvest of volcano lychees in Hainan Province is underway, a testament to the island's unique ecological tapestry. The volcanic soil and tropical climate are key to the lychee's exceptional flavor. Exports have reached Canada, Singapore, Japan, the UAE, the Netherlands, Argentina, and Morocco. Approximately 30 tons have been exported this year. The local government supports brand promotion and e-commerce. By 2025, the planting area is projected to stabilize at 50,000 mu, with an output exceeding 26,000 tons, and an industry chain value exceeding 600 million yuan. 'Lychee +' tourism is being fostered to stimulate consumption and enhance farmers' livelihoods.
