The crew of a flight from St. Petersburg to Vladikavkaz reported seeing a white, spherical object, approximately one meter in diameter, about 300 meters above their flight path. The object was moving eastward at the time of the sighting.
On the same day, pilots flying from St. Petersburg to Moscow reported a white, polygonal object. This object was located between 600 and 900 meters above the flight route, roughly 114 kilometers from Moscow. Both flights continued without any incidents, and no disruptions or harm to the aircraft or passengers occurred. The pilots observed the objects; there was no collision.
