The Ecoparque de la Biodiversidad Cop16 in Cali, Colombia, has opened its doors to the public on June 15th, inviting locals and foreigners to explore its restored natural beauty.
Located in the Pance area, south of Cali, the park offers an immersive experience in the region's natural richness. It is home to over 500 species of flora and fauna, including 257 bird species, 50 mammals, 32 reptiles, 18 amphibians, 9 fish species, and 141 plant varieties.
Pets, single-use plastics, and noise-generating items are prohibited to protect the park's flora and fauna. The park aims to educate visitors about environmental conservation.
