Edited by: Elena Weismann

The US Treasury has introduced new tax regulations that will affect international businesses.

These regulations, which were mandated by President Donald Trump, are aimed at addressing concerns from US trading partners.

The changes include a 50% tax on certain goods and aluminum imported into the United States, with a comparison to 25% from March/April.

The US Treasury is also considering additional measures to address the new tax regulations.
