K-pop sensation BTS has confirmed their highly anticipated comeback in 2026, with plans for a new album and a global tour. The announcement was made during a live broadcast on Weverse on July 1, 2025.

The seven members revealed they would begin working on their new album in the United States this month, aiming for a spring 2026 release. This will be their first group album since "Proof" in 2022.

In addition to the album, BTS announced a world tour scheduled for spring 2026, marking their first tour in nearly four years. This follows the release of RM, V, Jimin, and Jung Kook from mandatory military service in South Korea.

Suga, the last member to complete his service, finished on June 21, 2025. The group also hinted at potential future collaborations, including one with Daddy Yankee. Recent photos of Daddy Yankee at the HYBE headquarters have sparked speculation, although no official confirmation has been provided.

Fans worldwide eagerly await further announcements regarding the album and the upcoming tour.
