The Backstreet Boys are extending their highly successful "Into the Millennium" residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, adding seven new dates that will run through February 2026. This extension comes in response to overwhelming fan demand, with the newly announced shows scheduled for February 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, and 15, 2026.
The residency, which began in July 2025, celebrates the band's seminal "Millennium" album, performing its tracks alongside their greatest hits. The Sphere's advanced technology, including its 16K resolution wraparound LED screen and HOLOPLOT X1 audio system with over 160,000 speakers, provides an immersive visual and auditory experience for the audience.
The "Millennium" album, originally released in 1999, remains one of the best-selling albums of all time, with over 24 million copies sold worldwide. It achieved significant commercial success, selling over 1.134 million copies in its first week in the U.S. and becoming the best-selling album of 1999. The album has been certified 13 times platinum in the U.S.
In conjunction with the residency, the Backstreet Boys released "Millennium 2.0" on July 11, 2025, a deluxe reissue commemorating the 25th anniversary of the original album. This expanded edition features 25 tracks, including remastered originals, live recordings, demos, and a new single.
The extended run includes previously announced dates in August 2025, as well as new shows scheduled for December 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 2025, and January 2 and 3, 2026. Tickets for the initial dates went on sale to the public on August 22, 2025, with presales beginning earlier in the week.
