The Shiba Inu ecosystem achieved significant milestones on March 18, 2025, with the meme coin reaching 1.5 million holders, according to LUCIE, the project's marketing lead. This achievement signals continued interest in the token. Additionally, Shibarium, Shiba Inu's Ethereum Layer 2 network, surpassed 10 million blocks. As of today, about 843 new holders have joined the Shiba Inu ecosystem, and Shibarium's total addresses tally almost 175 million. Shibarium has also played a role in burning approximately 713 million SHIB tokens. Despite these positive developments, Shiba Inu has faced challenges, declining by 68% from December 2024 to March 2025.
