Taipei, Taiwan - Nvidia unveiled its Blackwell Ultra GPU at Computex 2025, designed for large-scale AI reasoning and advanced inference workloads.

The Blackwell Ultra drives the GB300 NVL72 system, a liquid-cooled rack featuring 72 Blackwell Ultra GPUs and 36 Nvidia Grace CPUs. Nvidia claims this system delivers 1.5x more performance than the GB200 NVL72 and significantly boosts revenue opportunities compared to Hopper-based systems.

According to Nvidia, the new system offers 11x faster inference on large language models, 7x more compute, and 4x larger memory compared to the Hopper generation. Blackwell Ultra products are slated for availability from Nvidia partners in the second half of 2025.
