A luminous blue spiral was observed across Europe on Monday evening, sparking social media interest. Sightings were reported in the UK, France, Norway, Germany, Ukraine, Denmark, and Poland. The UK Met Office attributes the phenomenon to a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch from Florida, USA, around 1:50 pm local time. The rocket, carrying a classified US government mission, released its payload and ejected leftover fuel during its return, creating a frozen, swirling plume reflecting sunlight. This explains the spiral's appearance in the sky.
