Neuralink Seeks Patents for "Telepathy" and "Telekinesis" Technologies in the United States

Neuralink, founded by Elon Musk, has applied for patents for "Telepathy" and "Telekinesis" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Telepathy, associated with implantable brain-computer interfaces, aims to allow users to control devices with their thoughts. Neuralink also seeks to develop technology allowing users to control external objects with their minds. Neuralink has also applied for the brand Blindsight, a technology that could restore or improve vision. Since January 2024, Neuralink has been conducting human trials, including an experimental implant in its first patient, Noland Arbaugh, and three more people with paralysis.
