Bank Mandiri's Annual General Meeting Appoints New Directors and Commissioners, Darmawan Junaidi Retains CEO Position

Jakarta, Indonesia - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) has announced changes to its Board of Directors and Commissioners following its Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGMS) held on Tuesday, March 25, 2024. Darmawan Junaidi will continue as the President Director.

Riduan, previously the Corporate Director, has been appointed as the Deputy President Director, replacing Alexandra Askandar. The AGMS also approved a cash dividend of IDR 43.51 trillion, equivalent to IDR 466.18 per share, representing a 78% dividend payout ratio from the 2024 net profit of IDR 55.8 trillion, a 1.31% year-on-year increase.

Key appointments include Mochamad Rizaldi as Treasury and International Banking Director, Totok Prasetyo as Commercial Banking Director, Ari Rizaldi as Treasury and International Banking Director, and Jan Winston Tambunan as Network and Retail Funding Director, among others. The new board members can only assume their positions after receiving approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
