The Kingdom of Morocco is offering 10 fully-funded scholarships to Pakistani students for the 2025-26 academic year. These scholarships, facilitated by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, are for study at Moroccan Public Institutions of Higher, Technical and Professional education.
The scholarships are available to Pakistani and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) nationals. Eligible fields of study include medical studies, engineering, management sciences, veterinary sciences, and architecture. Applicants can pursue undergraduate, master's, or PhD programs if they meet the eligibility criteria, including academic qualifications and age limits.
The deadline for online registration is Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Applicants must not hold dual nationality. Undergraduate applicants must have completed 12 years of education and be no older than 23. Master's applicants need 16 years of education, and PhD candidates require 18 years in a related field. A valid HAT or USAT score is mandatory. Selected candidates will need to complete a French language refresher course, as French is the primary instruction medium in most Moroccan institutions.
Interested students must apply online through the HEC portal. Shortlisted candidates will need to provide academic transcripts, motivation letters, recommendation letters, medical certificates, and a police clearance certificate. Applicants pursuing professional degrees must confirm the accreditation status of their chosen programs with relevant professional councils in Pakistan.
