Gruppo SGR is launching the seventh iteration of its significant educational initiative, "From Spectators to Protagonists," set to run throughout the 2025–2026 academic year. Designed to cultivate active civic participation and personal maturity in young individuals, this program is reaching an expansive audience. In the Province of Rimini alone, participation is anticipated from roughly five thousand students across 215 secondary and high school classes. A primary objective of the curriculum is the comprehensive prevention of both traditional bullying and cyberbullying. Furthermore, the initiative emphasizes equipping students with vital soft skills, such as mastering constructive conversation and effective emotional management. The curriculum encourages participants to appreciate the weight of their speech and conduct, viewing language as a powerful instrument for fostering self-worth and mutual respect.

Micaela Dionigi, President of Gruppo SGR, attributes the project’s sustained success to a palpable societal demand for reinforcing fundamental values within today’s often complex and uncertain world. As a key local stakeholder, the company fully embraces its civic duty to bolster the educational sector, deploying qualified experts to assist schools in their mission. This commitment is reflected in the initiative’s remarkable expansion. Launched modestly in 2019 with just 13 participating classes, the program has witnessed exponential growth, culminating in 215 class applications for the current cycle—a clear indicator of the educational system’s increasing confidence in Gruppo SGR’s approach. Notably, the State Technical-Technological Institute "Belluzzi – Da Vinci" in Rimini has joined the ranks this year, marking its first participation. The institute’s leadership stressed the urgent necessity of offering students relevant frameworks and narratives to help them navigate and conceptualize their future paths.

The 2025–2026 season introduces an exciting new element: a hands-on seminar titled "Geocaching: Routes of Friendship." Structured as an engaging "urban game," this activity seamlessly blends collaborative teamwork with the vital promotion of ecological awareness and respect for the natural world. Beyond the core focus on combating bullying, Gruppo SGR continues its comprehensive support for innovative pedagogical methods through its overarching "SGR for School" program. This broader initiative is specifically designed to expand the perspectives of the rising generation, covering crucial topics such as energy literacy, sustainable practices, and an appreciation for aesthetics and beauty.

The company also dedicates significant effort to engaging younger students through parallel educational streams. For instance, 1,500 children attending 30 kindergartens received specialized books intended to spark curiosity about the role of energy in daily life; this successful book distribution campaign has now delivered over 12,000 copies in total. Furthermore, the initiative "Market and Garden: Zero Kilometer Products" immersed 600 primary school pupils in local food culture and the importance of regional produce, impacting more than 10,000 children overall. Separately, 600 primary students participated in the adventure called "The Detective and the Defender," gaining essential knowledge about methane and renewable energy sources, thereby promoting gas safety awareness. Collectively, these multifaceted programs underscore Gruppo SGR’s dedication to instilling a strong internal moral compass in youth, preparing them for a conscious and responsible transition into their future social and professional lives.
