Priced from the mid to high $200,000s, Zuri Gardens targets households earning up to 120% of the Area Median Income and includes provisions for substantial down payment assistance to enhance accessibility.
The development emphasizes environmental sustainability through its use of a proprietary low-carbon concrete mix, which can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 70% by incorporating supplementary cementitious materials or CO₂ sequestration technologies. Complementing this, panelized construction, where components are prefabricated in a factory, is expected to increase efficiency and quality, potentially cutting building time by up to 50% compared to traditional methods.
